Born 3. 12. 1970 in Isiro (Democratic Republic of Congo). Congolese citizen. * Visitor professor at University National of Douala (2009-2010). * Fellow of Bank of Ireland (senior researcher and lecturer at Irish Centre for Human Rights, 2009-2010). * Researcher and lecturer at department of Anthropology, University of Luzern (2009). * Lecturer at Faculty of Law, University of Bialystock, Poland (2009). * Fellow at Connecticut State University (2008). * Alumni of Scholar Rescue Fund/Open Society of United States of America (2007-2008). * Accreditation to supervise researches at University (University of Berne, 2009). * PhD with honours: Summa cum laude (department of Public law, University of Berne, 2007). * High Diploma of Federalism, financial decentralization and good governance (Institute of Federalism of University of Fribourg, 2004). * Degree and Master in Law (University of Kinshasa, 2000).
