Yong Huang
Biography:
Dr. and Prof. Yong HUANG is Director of Competition Law Center in the Beijing-based University of International Business & Economics. He has dedicated in reseach of competition law for over 20 years, and played a very instrumental role in the legislation and the subsequent enforcement of the Chinese Anti-Monopoly Law since 2007. Lately he is appointed Vice Chair of the Advisory Committee to China's Anti-Monopoly Commission. The Anti-Monopoly Commission is the highest executive body under the State Council, the Chinese cabinet, responsible for the development and impletmentation of China's competition policy.
