Isabella Rega

Biography: 

Isabella Rega holds a Ph.D. in Communication Sciences with a thesis on the role of tele-centers in socio-economic development. She also completed an executive master in Intercultural Communication from the Università della Svizzera italiana (USI). Dr. Rega is the executive director of the NewMinE Lab and of the RED-INK Pro*Doc and has been involved as project manager in two projects dealing with the introduction of ICT in teacher training for disadvantaged teachers in the state of Bahia (Brazil) and in the region of Cape Town (South Africa), and in a project about Community Multimedia Centres in Mozambique.
