Frank Hoffer

Biography: 

Frank Hoffer holds a PhD in economics and  is senior research officer at the Bureau for Workers Activities of the ILO focussing on social protection, working conditions and labour standards. He is the international coordinator of the Global Labour University network and serves on the  Academic Board of the Graduate School of Socio-Ecological Research for Development, which is part of the International Centre for Development and Decent Work at the University of Kassel in Germany.
